Why leadership coaching?

In a world where change is happening at a faster pace than ever before, the traditional methods of doing life and business no longer work. Successful leaders are adept at changing and leading their teams in change. Leadership coaching gives you the support and tools you need to thrive in the changing landscape of your life and career, and to lead those around you through change in such a way that they, too, get to grow in a holistic manner.

Is coaching another word for counseling?

No. Where counseling includes a licensed professional and is focused on the deep work of emotional healing, coaching is focused on the plan moving forward and is very action and results driven. While we will take time to work through emotional aspects, as needed, it is far more holistic and action based in its approach. If you are needing to work through past trauma, experiences, etc. please seek out a professional and licensed counselor.

What Industries do you specialize in?

I have experience coaching non-profit teams and individuals working at all levels of leadership (from the bottom to the top and the middle man between). This includes individuals or teams working through major change or large projects, as well as individuals moving through large life changes or transformations.

How do I know if coaching is right for me or my organization?

The question is not “is it right?” but rather “is Roni the right coach for me or my organization?” We can all benefit from coaching in our lives, but finding the right coach fit can be the trying part. Schedule a free consultation with me so we can start that conversation.

Do you customize your services to fit our needs?

Of course! I believe each person and each team is unique and therefore needs a unique approach. I have yet to coach two individuals or two separate teams in the exact same manner.

Is this confidential? How do you ensure that?

Absolutely. Similar to counseling, our coaching relationship is confidential. I will not share what we are working on or discussing with anyone, without your written consent. If you are participating in coaching to fulfill a work requirement, I will provide proof of your attendance and effort, but not the details of our sessions, to your employer. As a certified coach, I am bound to the ethical guidelines of ICF (International Coaching Federation) which include confidentiality. I take this very seriously because without trust, we can not have a healthy and confident coaching relationship.
